If you have registered for our Rewards for Life loyalty programme in one of our stores since October 2023 in Ireland, you would have been asked to accept the terms and conditions to confirm your membership as part of the sign up process. However, we have recently been made aware that due to a technical issue with our till screens, terms and conditions were not being displayed for customer review on all occasions.
In order to confirm your Rewards for Life membership, we request you to review the programme terms and conditions, which can be found here.
Once you have reviewed the terms and conditions, there is no further action required . However, if you have any concerns or would like to discuss this further, please contact our Customer Engagement Centre: Contact us.
If we haven’t heard from you, we will deem that the programme terms and conditions have been accepted and that you are happy to proceed with your account.

What happens to my points balance or money off vouchers if I close my account?
- As per the terms and conditions, ‘By leaving the Programme members forfeit the right to any points or cash vouchers already accrued or issued’.
Will my points balances or existing money off vouchers impacted?
- No, if you choose to keep your account there is no impact to their points balance or money off vouchers and these can be used as normal.
Does this effect the UK?
No, This issue has only affected Ireland.
