If you would like to check the status of your order, you can do this through your online account:
- Open our iOS or Android App, or visit our website https://www.hollandandbarrett.com/
- Log into your account by selecting 'Account'
- Click 'My Orders' on the left-hand menu to see a list of open orders.
- Click on ‘View order details’ for the order you wish to track

If you checked out as a guest and can’t see your tracking information:
- Click here for a direct link to track your order using the order number provided on your confirmation email
Note: Standard international orders cannot be tracked. These orders will remain in a processing state.
The following explain the delivery statuses for orders:
- Processing – Your order is getting picked and packed in our warehouse
- Dispatched – Your order has left our warehouse
- Out for delivery – Your order is with a courier on its way to you
- Delivered – Your order has arrived, this could include being in a safe place or with a neighbour
