- Please attach a good quality photographic image of the item(s) that you have received incorrectly on the above form, so that we can investigate thoroughly
- If you select a replacement and one is not available, we will let you know
- If there is any other error or delivery problem with the products ordered, you must notify us in writing within 14 days after the delivery date
