How to add new payment method to the Account
Once logged in, customers can add another preferred payment method via this link:
https://www.hollandandbarrett.com/my-account/my-details/saved-payments
Note: If the payment method you enter is invalid, it will not be accepted
Updating the payment method for subscriptions
After adding new payment method as above, if your payment method needs to be used for any subscription, simply follow the steps below to update the payment method:
1. Log into your online account; After successful login, it'll say 'Hello' and your name
2. Hover over the name and a menu will appear; Select ‘My Subscribe & Save’
3. Click 'Edit' next to the product (Subscription) where payment method needs to be updated:
4. Click on "Change" link to update payment method:
5. Select the new payment method; and click on “Select this payment method” button:
6. Click on “Save Changes” button to complete the process
7. When successfully completed, you will see this message:
