What was the collection period for the May issued Reward Voucher?
30/01/2022 – 01/05/22
How do I know if my Reward Voucher has been affected?
We will send an email to any customer whose Reward Voucher has been affected by the technical issue over the next few days, advising of their correct Reward Value amount.
When is my Reward Voucher valid until?
Reward Vouchers can be redeemed in store, online, via the app or our contact centre until 31/08/22.
What if I have already redeemed my Reward Voucher?
If you have already redeemed your Reward Voucher, no further action will be taken.
Note: Some customers will also be re-issued vouchers by post
