If you're unable to see the points you should of collected from a recent order don't worry. Your points have been added to your account in the background while we convert your points to vouchers, and you'll be able to view these in your online account in a few days. We're sorry for any confusion caused.

If you’ve recently made a purchase and don’t see your points yet, rest assured—they’ll appear once your order leaves our warehouse. While points might not add to your balance immediately after placing an order, they’ll be there as soon as it’s dispatched.

When you contact us, please provide us with the order number and (if used) the promotional code that you entered when placing your order.

- Login Status: Ensure you’re logged in to your account before placing your order. Logging in means your Rewards For Life card should add to the basket automatically if your card is linked with your online account, making it easier for you.
- Basket Check: Review your basket, click on the Rewards For Life section, and make sure your card number is there. If you don’t see your card number, simply type it into the box and apply. Following these steps ensures you get your well-deserved rewards every time.
