We love celebrating our customers’ birthdays. If you’re a Rewards for Life member and have added your date of birth to your account, you’ll receive a special treat from us on your big day, a free product of your choice from a selected range.
How to Add Your Date of Birth to Your Account
To receive your birthday gift, you’ll need to make sure your date of birth is saved on your account.

On the App:
Log in to the H&B App.
Go to Account.
Under Account Settings, select Personal Details.
Check or add your date of birth.

On the Website:
Log in to your account.
Go to My H&B > My Account.
Under Account Details & Settings, click Personal Details.
Check or add your date of birth.
To receive your birthday gift email, make sure you're subscribed to our marketing emails. If you’re not subscribed, we wont be able to send the birthday voucher email.
How to update your marketing preferences
Head to 'Account' and then under 'Account settings' you'll see 'Marketing & Contact Preferences' here you'll be able to subscribe to exclusive offers to get your birthday gift voucher.
How it works
On your birthday, we’ll send you an email with your exclusive birthday voucher.
Your voucher includes a unique barcode and simple instructions on how to redeem your gift.
If you don’t use it straight away, we’ll send you a handy reminder.
Just bring your barcode into any Holland & Barrett store and present it at the till.
You’ve got 14 days from the date of your birthday email to use your gift.
