Two online accounts (with H&B&Me cards attached)
If you’ve created two online accounts using different email addresses and each one has a H&B&Me card, you’ll need to choose which online account you’d like to keep.
Because each online account is tied to a specific email address, we can’t automatically merge these for you. Once you’ve decided on your preferred email address, please contact us here and provide the following details so we can help:
Full name on the accounts
Both email addresses
The email address you want to keep
The H&B&Me card numbers linked to each account
We’ll then make sure everything is correctly linked to your chosen online account.
Two H&B&Me (loyalty) accounts created in store
If you’ve signed up for H&B&Me more than once in store with different email addresses and now have two loyalty accounts, we can merge these for you.
Simply get in touch with us here and we’ll take care of combining your accounts so all your points and rewards are in one place.
Automatic linking (when details match)
If the details on both accounts match exactly, we’ll automatically link them for you.
You can check this by logging into your online account and going to the H&B&Me section. If you see two card numbers, that’s a good thing — it means the cards are linked, and you can use either one to collect or spend the same points.
