Two online accounts (with H&B&Me cards attached)
If you’ve created two online accounts using different email addresses, and each has its own H&B&Me card, you’ll need to choose which account you’d like to keep.
Because each account is tied to a specific email address, we’re not able to merge them automatically. Once you’ve decided which email you’d prefer to use going forward, just get in touch with us here and share:
- Full name on the accounts
- Both email addresses
- The email address you’d like to keep
- The H&B&Me card numbers linked to each account
We’ll then make sure everything is correctly linked, so your points and progress stay together in one place.
Two H&B&Me accounts created in-store
If you’ve signed up in-store more than once using different email addresses and now have two loyalty accounts, we can merge these for you.
Just get in touch with us here and we’ll take care of combining them, so all your points and rewards are working together for your body, not split across accounts.
Automatic linking (when details match)
If the details on both accounts match exactly, they’ll be linked automatically.
You can check this by logging into your online account and heading to the Rewards section. If you see two card numbers, that’s a good sign, it means they’re already linked, and you can use either one to collect or spend the same points.
