Changing your email address
If your H&B&Me card is already linked to your online account, you can update your email directly in your account.

No problem. Just create a new online account using your preferred email address.
Once that’s set up, get in touch with us here and we’ll link your H&B&Me card to your new account for you, so everything continues to support your routine without interruption.
Already using the same email?
If the email you use online matches the one linked to your H&B&Me card, everything will connect automatically, no extra steps needed.
Once your account is linked
You’ll be able to see your card number in the Rewards section of your online account or in the app.
That means you can easily keep track of your points as they build, helping you stay on top of the little wins that support your body day to day.
