How to change your email address
You can update your email address in the Personal Details section of your online account on the website.
Login to your account on the H&B website and go to My Account
Go to Personal Details.

Under Contact Details you'll see your current email address, click change your email securely.
You’ll then be asked to log in again to confirm it’s you, even if you’re already signed in.
Once confirmed, you can enter your new email address.
We’ll send a verification link to that new email.
Open the email and select the link to confirm the change and verify the new email.
Once the verification is complete, your new email address will be updated on your account.
Email Change FAQs
What happens if I don’t verify my email?
If you don’t verify your new email address, the change won’t go through. Your current email will stay on your account.
If you still want to update it, you’ll just need to start the process again.
What if I made a mistake when entering my new email address?
If you notice a mistake, you can cancel the request and start again.
Just go to Personal Details in My Account and select Cancel email change.
From there, you can request a new email change with the correct address.
I didn’t receive the verification email. What should I do?
First, check your spam or junk folder, as the email may have been filtered there.
If it’s not there, you can try the following:
Make sure the email address you entered is correct
Select Resend email to request another verification message
How long is the verification link valid?
The verification link is valid for 1 hour from when you request the email change.
If the link expires, you’ll need to request the email change again.
Will I lose my rewards if I change my email?
No, your rewards won’t be affected.
Your H&B&Me account and points are linked to your account, not your email address, so everything will stay the same.
Can I cancel my email change request?
Yes, you can cancel the request at any time.
Go to Personal Details in My Account and select Cancel email change.
If you don’t take any action, the request will simply expire and your current email will remain on your account.
What if someone changed my email without my permission?
If you receive a notification about an email change you didn’t request, you can cancel it in My Account.
