Paying with Apple Pay or Google Pay
When you shop using Apple Pay or Google Pay, instead of sharing your actual card number, your device creates a virtual card number. This is a secure, one-off version of your card, designed to protect your details every time you pay.
Why the virtual card number matters
If you’ve placed an order using Apple Pay or Google Pay and need to:
- Check which card you used
- Track a payment on your statement
- Or wait for a refund to land back
You’ll need to look for the last four digits of your virtual card number, not your physical card.
It can feel confusing at first, especially if your usual card number isn’t showing, but that’s completely normal.
How to find your virtual card number
On Apple Pay (iPhone)
- Open the Wallet app
- Tap the card you used
- Tap the three dots (•••) in the top-right corner
- Select Card Details
- Tap Card Information
- You’ll see the last four digits listed under Apple Pay
On Google Pay (Android)
- Open the Google Wallet app
- Tap the card you used
- Tap the three dots (•••) in the top-right corner
- Look for Virtual Account Number or similar wording
- Use the last four digits shown
Not every bank shows this clearly. If you can’t see it, your bank can help confirm the details for you.
Still not sure which card you used?
If you’re getting in touch about an order, sharing a few key details helps us find it faster and get things moving for you:
- The date of your order
- The amount charged
- The last four digits of your virtual card number
This helps us track things down quickly, so your routine isn’t interrupted and your body can stay supported without the extra hassle.
