Are my payment details safe?
We do not store full card details in a visible format within customer accounts.
If you had a saved payment method linked to your account, only limited information such as the last few digits would have been visible.
Why don’t you provide web monitoring or credit monitoring services?
We completely understand why customers may want extra reassurance after receiving an email like this.
While we don’t provide monitoring services directly, many banks and credit providers offer tools that can alert you if your information appears in known data breaches or suspicious activity is detected.
The most important step is updating your password and making sure it’s unique to your Holland & Barrett account.
