What this session is about
Our first session focuses on movement.
You’ll learn how small, manageable changes can support how your body feels, whether that’s improving energy, flexibility, or just feeling a bit more comfortable in your day-to-day routine.

It’s designed to be easy to join and genuinely useful, wherever you are in your routine.
How to join
If you’ve been invited:
- Use the link in your email to book your spot
- Choose one of the available time slots
- Join from home using the link provided
There’s no cost at any stage.
What happens after you book
- You’ll receive a confirmation email
- You can submit questions ahead of time if you’d like
- We’ll send you reminder emails before the session
After you attend:
- You’ll receive a follow-up email with guidance
- Your £3 points will be added within 5 working days
A couple of things to know
- Sessions are online only
- Booking is managed through Eventbrite
- You’ll need to attend the session to receive your points
If you can’t make your slot, you may be able to switch to another session if spaces are available.
