What’s changed?
We’ve updated how you can use your points to make things quicker and more flexible.
Before: We used to convert your earned points into money-off vouchers for you to spend every three months.
Now: You don’t need to wait! As long as you have a minimum of 50 points, you can spend them whenever you like – online or in store – in 50p increments. It’s up to you how and when you use them.
Spending points in store
If you’re shopping in one of our stores, just let the team know at the till that you’d like to use your points, and let them know how many you'd like to spend. They’ll apply them to your purchase.
You can provide the store with your H&B&Me QR code in the Rewards section of the app, or give them your details (email, name, and address) instead.
Spending points online
Here’s how to use your points on our website or app:
- Log in to your H&B account.
- Add your items to your basket as usual.
- Head to checkout and scroll down to see your points balance.
- If you have 50 points or more, you’ll see the option to use the full points amount (save £3 for example, if you have 300 points) or edit savings.
- If you choose edit savings, you can choose how many points you’d like to spend (in 50p increments) and apply them to your order, for example if you have 300 points but only want to spend 200.
- Continue to payment to complete your purchase.
You’re in control, you can choose how many points to use or save them for next time.
