When you place an order with us, the transaction will remain Pending, until our warehouse system and allocates the stock to your order.
Usually, your order will be prepared within hours of the order confirmation email being sent to you. The transaction status will then change from Pending to Charged.
If you've not yet received your order confirmation email you should double check the email address you used when placing your order and check all your email folders (e.g. spam/junk folders).
If you haven't located your order confirmation email and it's been over an hour since you placed the order, it's likely your order has failed. In this scenario, the pending transaction will take 5 - 7 working days to clear from your account.
Notes:
- Any pending transactions showing on your credit or debit card account are still held by your bank, not ourselves; and normally any transactions not processed will return to your account within 5 - 7 days.
- PayPal may hold these funds for up to 21 days of receipt, before they are returned back into your account.
