We know how frustrating payment issues can be, especially when you're just trying to check out. Here’s a quick checklist that usually helps get things moving again.
Start with a few quick checks:
- Are your card details correct? Double-check the number, expiry date and CVV.
- Does your billing address match your card? This should be exactly what your bank has on file.
- Are there enough funds in your account? If not, try using a different payment method.
- Has your bank flagged the payment? Some banks may block payments for security reasons, so it's worth checking your banking app or messages.
Still stuck? Try this next:
- Switch browser – Google Chrome tends to work best.
- Clear your browser’s cache and cookies – especially if you’ve tried to check out a few times already.
- Try a different device – sometimes that’s all it takes.
