If your subscribe & save order hasn't gone through because of payment issues, it might be related to your saved payment method.
If you've recently updated your payment method on your account, please remember to update the payment method for each subscription item as well, to ensure everything matches. If the payment cards don't match, the payment will fail.
To update your payment method for your subscription, just follow these easy steps:
- Make sure you’re logged into your online account.
- Go to 'My H&B', then under 'Account details & Settings', click on 'Saved Payments' to update or add your payment card/method.
- Important step: Head over to 'My Subscribe & Save' and select 'Edit' next to your subscription item(s). Update the payment method/card for each individual item.
- Don’t forget to click 'Save Changes' to confirm your updates.
After that, you can change the subscription date and bring it forward to the next available date you wish for the subscription to be processed.
