Why has my Subscribe & Save payment failed?
If your Subscribe & Save order hasn’t gone through, it’s usually linked to your saved payment method.
Sometimes this happens when your account details and subscription details don’t quite line up. And when that happens, your routine gets interrupted.
The good news is it’s quick to fix.
How to update your payment method
To get things flowing again, you’ll just need to update your payment details in two places.
Step one: Update your saved payment method
- Log into your account
- Go to My H&B
- Head to Account details & Settings
- Click Saved Payments
- Add or update your payment method
Step two: Update each subscription item
This is the step that’s often missed.
- Go to My Subscribe & Save
- Select Edit next to each subscription item
- Update the payment method for every item
- Click Save Changes
This makes sure everything matches, so your next order can go through without any hiccups.
What to do next
Once your payment details are updated, you can:
- Bring your next order date forward if you need your items sooner
- Let your subscription continue as normal
