How to get your subscriptions delivered together
If you’d like all your favourites to arrive on the same day, you can line up your subscriptions so everything lands together.
It’s a simple way to keep your routine feeling steady, while also helping you avoid delivery charges when your order is over £10. More consistency for your body, with less to think about.
How to combine your deliveries
1. Go to your subscriptions
- Log into your account on the website or app
- Head to 'My Subscriptions'
2. Update your first product
- Find the product you want to change
- Click 'Edit'
- Go to 'Next order placed on' and click 'Change'
- Choose your preferred date
- Click 'Confirm'
- Don’t forget to 'Save changes'
3. Repeat for other items
- Follow the same steps for each product
- Select the same date for all items
Once everything matches, your items will be ordered together and delivered in one go.
Important things to check
To keep everything running smoothly:
- All items must have the same delivery address
- The same payment method must be selected for each item
If you’ve set the same date but your items still aren’t arriving together, it’s worth checking for duplicate addresses.
To fix this:
- Go to Account Settings
- Open Saved Addresses
- Remove any duplicates
- Then update your subscription dates again
Delivery charges
If your subscriptions are combined and your order is over £10, you shouldn’t be charged for delivery.

What if my subscriptions have different frequencies?
For example, one arrives monthly and another every two months.
You’ll still get them delivered together whenever they fall in the same cycle. In months where only one item is due, it will arrive as normal. This keeps your routine flexible while still supporting your body consistently.
I got an error when updating my date, what should I do?
If something isn’t working as expected, just contact us and we’ll help get it sorted.

The date you choose is when we place your order. Your items will then arrive within our standard delivery timeframes.
