If you want to make sure your favourite items all come on one day and save a delivery fee for orders over £10, just follow these steps:
- Log in to your Holland & Barrett account on the website or mobile app and visit the 'my subscriptions' section in your account. (https://www.hollandandbarrett.com/my-account/subscriptions)
- Find the first product you would like to change and click 'edit'.
- You will see a section titled 'Next order placed on'. Click the link that says 'change'.
- From the calendar, select the date you would like your order to be processed on and click 'confirm'.
- Don't forget to save your changes!
- Follow the above steps for the other products you would like to change, making sure to select the same date for each product.
- That's it! Your subscriptions are combined and will be delivered together going forward.
Just to let you know you will need to make sure the address and payment method is the same across all items for the subscriptions to combine.

- What if my subscriptions are delivered at different frequencies? E.G. One product is delivered every month and one product every two months?
You will still get the benefit of having your orders delivered together every month where multiple subscriptions are due. In the months when just one item is due, this will be delivered as normal. - I got an error message whilst trying to update the delivery date on my subscription, what shall I do?
If you encounter any errors, please Contact us - Is the date I select going to be my delivery date?
No, the date you select will be the date that we place the order for you. Your items will then be delivered within our standard delivery timeframes.
