How to update your payment method for Subscribe & Save
Keeping your payment details up to date helps your subscription run smoothly, so your routine stays consistent and your body doesn’t miss out on the support it needs.
How to update your payment method
You’ll just need to update this in two places to make sure everything matches.
1. Update your saved payment method
- Log into your account
- Go to 'My H&B'
- Head to Account details & Settings
- Click 'Saved Payments'
- Add or update your payment method
2. Update your subscription items
This is the key step.
- Go to 'My Subscribe & Save'
- Select Edit next to each subscription item
- Update the payment method for every item
- Click Save Changes
Why this matters
Your subscription and saved payment details need to match. If they don’t, your order might not go through, which can interrupt your routine.
