We apologise if an item in your subscription is out of stock. We will try to reorder it the next day, making 3 attempts over 3 days before pausing. The subscription will then automatically skip to the next subscription date based on how often you've set your delivery dates for.
We'll keep you updated via email regarding these attempts, so please keep an eye out for our messages. You won't be charged for the order unless the item(s) become available again and we successfully place the order.
If you see that the item is back in stock after the 3 attempts have been made you can bring the next order forward to the earliest available date yourself. Simply log into your online account, head to 'My H&B', and click on 'My Subscribe & Save' and adjust the date. This won't happen automatically, so you'll need to make this change yourself in your account.
If your subscription includes multiple items scheduled for the same order and one goes out of stock, dropping your total below £10, please let us know if you're charged for delivery so we can assist you with this.
