What happens if a subscription item is out of stock?
We’re really sorry if one of your subscription items is out of stock, we know that can interrupt your routine.
Because Subscribe & Save is designed to keep your body supported consistently, we’ll try a few times to get things back on track for you.
What we’ll do
If an item is unavailable:
- We’ll try to place your order again the next day
- We’ll make up to 3 attempts over 3 days
- If it’s still unavailable, your subscription will pause
- It will then move to your next scheduled order date
We’ll keep you updated by email throughout, so you know exactly what’s happening.
You won’t be charged unless the item comes back into stock and we’re able to successfully place your order.
If the item comes back into stock
If you notice your item is available again after those 3 attempts, you can bring your next order forward.
Here’s how:
- Log into your account
- Go to My H&B
- Head to My Subscribe & Save
- Adjust your next order date to the earliest available option
This won’t happen automatically, so it’s worth updating it if you want to get your routine back in place sooner.
A quick heads up on delivery charges
If your subscription includes multiple items and one goes out of stock, your order total might drop below £10.
If that happens and you’re charged for delivery, get in touch and we’ll take a look for you.
