When you place an order with us, the transaction will remain Pending, until it reaches our warehouse computer system and the stock is allocated to your order.
Most of the time your order will be prepared within a few hours of the order confirmation email being sent to you, and then the transaction status will then change from Pending to Charged.
If you have not received an order confirmation email from us, please check the email address you used when placing your order, and also check all your email folders (e.g. spam/junk folders).
If you still have not received our order confirmation email, please Contact us, as it may be the order failed because of a technical problem during the payment process.
Any pending transactions showing on your credit or debit card account are still held by your bank, not ourselves; and normally any transactions not processed will return to your account after 7 days.
PayPal may hold these funds for up to 21 days of receipt, before they are returned back into your account.
