Missing Avios points
If you shopped with us through an Avios link and your points aren’t showing just yet, don’t worry. It can take a little time for everything to catch up behind the scenes.
We know it’s frustrating when you’re expecting something back, especially when you’re doing something positive for your routine.
Why might my points not be showing yet?
Tracking may not have completed
- For your points to track properly, you’ll need to:
- Click through to our website using the Avios shopping link
- Complete your purchase in the same browsing session
If you’ve visited other websites, opened extra tabs, or used a price comparison site along the way, the tracking can sometimes drop off.
A quick note on how Avios works
Avios points are tracked and awarded by Avios directly, rather than by us. This means we’re not able to see or manually add points to your account.
When will my points show?
Most purchases appear as pending in your Avios account within a few days, but sometimes it can take a little longer for your points to land.
Still not showing?
If your points haven’t appeared, the best next step is to contact Avios through your account or the Avios shopping portal. They’ll be able to look into it properly for you.
