Q) What is the EU Small Parcel Levy?
The EU Small Parcel Levy is a customs charge introduced by the European Union on parcels entering the EU from outside the EU.
It came into effect on 1 July 2026 and applies to eligible parcels imported into the EU.
Q) Will I be charged?
No. If you place an order through the Holland & Barrett Ireland website (IE), you will not be charged the EU Small Parcel Levy.
Holland & Barrett pays this charge directly to Irish Revenue, so there's nothing extra for you to pay.
Q) Is the levy included in the price of my order?
No. The levy is not included in the price of the products you purchase. Holland & Barrett pays the levy separately on your behalf, so no additional charge will be added to your order.
