Paper invoices and VAT receipts
To help reduce paper waste, we don’t include paper invoices with our online orders. It’s a small change that supports a healthier planet alongside your everyday routine.
Don’t worry though, you’ll receive a full order confirmation by email as soon as your purchase goes through.
Need a VAT invoice?
You can download a VAT invoice anytime from your My Orders section in your H&B account on the website.
Once you’re logged in, just:
- Head to 'My Orders'
- Select the order you need
- Scroll down and select 'Download VAT receipt'
Checked out as a guest?
If you placed your order without an account, you won’t be able to download the invoice yourself.
But you’re not stuck, just get in touch with us here and we’ll sort it for you, so you’ve got everything you need without any extra hassle.
