Products that don’t have the option to select Subscribe & Save on the website and app aren’t eligible for our subscription service. This includes any items sold by our trusted sellers.

Note: Modifying your subscription dates won't affect your benefits, but cancellations will.
***Please note that we use standard delivery for our Subscribe & Save orders. Typically orders arrive 48 hours after your order Subscribe & Save order confirmation is received, but please allow up to 5 working days.
Just a quick reminder that the subscription benefits apply from the second order onwards, the first order you place will be the price displayed on the website, not the subscription price.
At the moment, it’s not possible to use your H&B&Me points to pay for subscription items. Our subscription orders are already discounted and are automatically placed, so you won't be able to add any additional discount codes or use points towards them.
That said, you can use your H&B&Me points on your first Subscribe & Save order before the subscription starts from the second order onwards.
