Cancelling a subscription order is easy; it can be done within your 'My H&B' account, just visit the 'My Subscribe & Save' section.
To cancel your subscribe & save order:
- Log into your 'My H&B' online account, then from the menu select ‘My Subscribe & Save’
- Select the 'Skip or Cancel' button next to the product you wish to cancel
- Select the ‘Cancel my Subscription’ button
- Choose a reason for cancelling and finally select the ‘Cancel Subscription’ button
You'll receive an email confirming that your repeat order has been cancelled.
Please allow up to 24 hours for any changes or cancellations to be processed.
If you cancel or skip less than 24 hours before your item’s due to be sent, it might still go out. If that happens, you’ll have 30 minutes to cancel the order or you can return it for free once it arrives.
Notes:
When you remove an item, the item will be removed from your next delivery, and you will not be charged, this takes 24 hours to update once requested.
