Get started with Subscribe & Save
Subscribe & Save is a simple way to keep your routine consistent, so your body gets the support it needs without you having to remember to reorder.
Getting set up only takes a few steps.
How to start your subscription
1. Choose your product
- Find the product you’d like to keep in your routine and select Subscribe & Save.
- Pick how often you’d like it delivered
- Add it to your basket
If an item doesn't display this option, it means it isn't eligible for our subscription service.
You’ll see the subscription price, which applies from your second order onwards.
You can also add items to your basket as normal, then select “Save more with Subscribe & Save” underneath the product.
2. Checkout as usual
Complete your order as you normally would.
Your first order will go through at the current price, and from your second order onwards, your subscription savings will kick in.
3. Manage everything in one place
Once you’re set up:
- You’ll receive an email confirmation
- You can manage your subscriptions anytime in My H&B
This includes updating dates, products, and delivery details.
What happens next?
- Your orders will be placed automatically on your chosen dates
- You’ll only be charged when your order is dispatched
- You’ll get an email reminder 3 to 5 days before each order
This gives you time to make any changes if your routine needs adjusting.
Staying in the loop
We’ll keep you updated with important emails, including:
- Order confirmations
- Changes to product availability
- Subscription updates or cancellations
So you’re always in control, even though everything runs automatically in the background.
