Here's how to get started:
- Select Your Product: Find the product you wish to subscribe to on our website and click on the 'Subscribe & Save' option. Choose your preferred delivery frequency and 'add' the item to your basket. You'll see the subscription price that you'll be paying from your second order onwards.
- You can also add the item to the basket as normal, go to the basket page and click on the 'Save more with Subscribe & Save' below the product.
- Checkout: Proceed to checkout as usual. Remember, the benefits of Subscribe & Save start from your second order onwards.

Confirmation and Management: After signing up, you'll receive an email confirmation. Manage your future orders, subscription items, and account details conveniently in My H&B.

Automatic Orders: Your 'Subscribe & Save' orders will be automatically processed on your chosen dates, and you'll only be charged on the day the order is dispatched. Expect an email reminder 3-5 days before each delivery.

Stay Informed: You'll receive email notifications regarding important updates related to your Subscription Orders, such as product availability changes, order confirmations and subscription cancellations.
