How long will my order be held?
Your order will be held in store for 14 days from the moment it’s ready to collect, giving you a bit of flexibility to pick it up when it suits your routine.
If it’s not collected within that time, we’ll automatically cancel the order.
What happens with my refund?
- If you paid online:
Your refund will be processed automatically back to your original payment method. This usually takes 3–5 working days. - If you paid in store:
You’ll need to return to the store so the team can process your refund in person.
Important to know
We’re not able to extend the 14-day collection window, so it’s best to collect as soon as you can to avoid missing out.
