Updating your address on your account
You can update your saved addresses anytime through your online account, making it easier to keep your details in line with your routine.
Just a quick heads up, changing your address won’t update any existing orders.
If you’ve just placed an order and need to change the delivery address, you’ll need to contact us within 30 minutes, and we’ll do our best to help.
How to update your address
Start by signing in to your account on our website.
Then:
- Head to “My H&B”
- Go to “Account details & settings”
- Select “My Saved Addresses”

Managing your saved addresses
Here you’ll be able to:
- View your saved addresses
- See your primary address at the top
- Edit or delete any address
- Set a new primary address
It’s worth removing any old or duplicate addresses, so everything stays clear and your orders go exactly where they need to be.
You can save multiple addresses, just make sure the right one is selected as your primary before placing an order.
Important for subscriptions
If you have a subscription, updating your account address won’t update your subscription automatically.
You’ll need to change the address within your subscription settings too.
