Log in with Apple, Google or Facebook
You can now log into the Holland & Barrett app using your Apple, Google or Facebook account. It’s a quicker, easier and more secure way to get started and there’s no need to remember another password.
How it works
When you tap ‘Continue with Apple’, ‘Google’ or ‘Facebook’, the app will use your existing account details from that platform to log you in.
- If you’ve shopped online or in-store with us before, if you use your H&B&Me account email address we’ll automatically link your accounts.
- If you haven’t created an online account yet, we’ll set one up for you automatically.
Common FAQs
What happens when I log in using Apple, Google or Facebook?
We’ll use your details from that platform to log you into your H&B account. If you’ve not used online shopping with us before, we’ll create a new account using your Apple, Google or Facebook details.
You may be asked to confirm your email or name the first time you log in this way.
What if I already have a H&B account using my email and I try to log in with Apple/Google/Facebook?
If the email on your social account matches your existing H&B account, we’ll link them automatically.
If the email is different a new account might be created. If that’s happened by mistake, get in touch with us and we’ll help you connect everything properly.
Sometimes, you might be asked to enter your email if the social platform doesn’t provide one, this can happen with some Facebook accounts.
Can I still log in using my email and password?
Yes. You can continue to log in the same way if you prefer. Using Apple, Google or Facebook is simply an optional, faster and more secure alternative.
Using hide my email with Apple?
Some customers choose to hide their email address when using Apple. If that’s the case, Apple creates a private email address that ends in @privaterelay.appleid.com.
Please note, we will not be able to link your private email address with your existing account – any existing points or orders will not be linked. To link your existing account, you’ll need to:
- Go to security and settings part of the web or app and close your account.
- Go to the create account form
- Select Continue with Apple.
- Select Share My E-mail and sign up using the same e-mail you used to join H&B&Me
What if I delete my Apple, Google or Facebook account?
Your H&B account is separate, so your orders and points are safe. If you no longer have access to your social login, just get in touch with us and we’ll help you update your login method.
