Log in with Apple, Google or Facebook
You can now log into the Holland & Barrett app using your Apple, Google or Facebook account. It’s a quicker, smoother way to get started, with no extra passwords to remember.
A small change that helps keep your routine moving without the usual faff.
How it works
When you tap ‘Continue with Apple’, ‘Google’ or ‘Facebook’, we use your details from that account to log you in.
If you’ve shopped with us before and use the same email as your H&B&Me account, we’ll automatically link everything
If you’re new, we’ll create an account for you so you can get going straight away
Common questions
What happens when I log in this way?
We’ll use your details from Apple, Google or Facebook to sign you in.
If it’s your first time shopping with us online, we’ll create an account using those details. You might be asked to confirm your name or email the first time.
What if I already have an account?
If the email on your social account matches your existing H&B account, we’ll link them automatically.
If it’s a different email, a new account may be created. If that’s not what you expected, just get in touch and we’ll help bring everything back together.
In some cases, you may be asked to enter your email if it hasn’t been shared by the platform.
Can I still use my email and password?
Yes, you can log in the same way as before.
Using Apple, Google or Facebook is just a quicker option if you’d prefer something more seamless.
Using ‘Hide My Email’ with Apple?
If you choose to hide your email, Apple creates a private address (ending in @privaterelay.appleid.com).
Because of this, we won’t be able to link it to your existing account, so your previous orders or points may not show.
If you’d like everything connected, the best option is to sign up again using your usual email address when choosing ‘Continue with Apple’.
What if I delete my Apple, Google or Facebook account?
Your H&B account is separate, so your orders and points are safe.
If you lose access to your social login, just reach out and we’ll help you update how you log in.
