Subscribe & Save is a handy way to make sure you never run out of your wellness essentials, with regular deliveries and great savings. But it’s worth knowing that this service is only available for delivery to your home address.
Why can’t I collect my subscription from a store?
We know Click & Collect is convenient for many customers, but Subscribe & Save orders are fulfilled differently from standard orders. They’re picked and packed in our central warehouse and shipped automatically based on your chosen delivery schedule. This setup doesn’t currently support collection from our stores.
What delivery options do I have?
Your subscription will always be sent to your chosen home address via standard delivery. You can:
Choose how often your items arrive (e.g. every 4, 6 or 8 weeks)
Update your delivery address at any time via your online account
Get free delivery on subscription orders over £10
Can I change where my subscription is delivered?
Yes, you can update your delivery address at any time by logging into your account and selecting Manage Subscriptions. Just make sure to do this before your next order is processed.
Still want to collect from store?
If home delivery doesn’t work for you, you’re welcome to place a one-off order instead and select Click & Collect at checkout. You’ll still find the same great products – just without the subscription savings.
