Can someone else collect my order?
Yes, that's absolutely fine. Just make sure they bring your order confirmation with them.
If your order includes an age-restricted item, the person collecting it will also need to show a valid photo ID before we can hand over the order. We'll let you know in your Ready to Collect email if this applies.
If valid photo ID can't be shown when it's requested, we won't be able to hand over the order.

We’ll hold your order in store for 7 days, giving you a bit of flexibility to collect when it suits your routine.
If it’s not collected in that time, we’ll automatically process a refund.
- Paid online? Your refund will go back to your original payment method.
- Paid in store? You’ll just need to pop back in with your proof of purchase so the team can sort your refund.
