Just make sure the person collecting your order brings a copy of your confirmation email or the collection message we sent.
Just so you know: We’ll hold your order in store for 14 days. If it’s not collected by then, we’ll refund you automatically, unless you paid in store.
If you did pay in store for the order, you’ll just need to pop back in with your proof of purchase to get your refund sorted.
