How to cancel your Subscribe & Save order
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account, so your routine stays flexible and works around what your body needs right now.
How to cancel
1. Log into your account
Go to My H&B and head to My Subscribe & Save
2. Find your item
Select the product you want to cancel
3. Choose ‘Skip or Cancel’
Then click Cancel my Subscription
4. Confirm your cancellation
Select a reason (this helps us improve)
Click Cancel Subscription
What happens next?
- You’ll receive an email confirmation once it’s cancelled
- Changes can take up to 24 hours to update in your account
Timing to be aware of
If you cancel or skip less than 24 hours before your order is due:
- Your order might still be processed
- If it does, you’ll have 30 minutes to cancel the order
- Or you can return it for free once it arrives
Removing an item from your subscription
If you remove an item instead of cancelling the full subscription:
- It will be taken out of your next delivery
- You won’t be charged for it
- This can take up to 24 hours to update
