Requesting access to or deleting your details
We believe you should feel confident and in control when it comes to your personal information, just as you do when supporting your body and wellness journey with us.
There are just a few simple steps to request access to your data, or ask for your details to be deleted.
Please click the Webform link to complete our online form. This sends your request directly to our dedicated GDPR team, who will carefully review and action this for you: GDPR Privacy Webform.
As part of the process, our GDPR team may contact you using the email address provided to request some additional identity checks.
Please don’t worry if this happens. These checks are only there to help protect your information and make sure your details stay secure before any request is completed.
In line with ICO regulations, requests can take up to 30 days to be fully processed.
