Product review emails
You may receive review emails after making an online or in store purchase, as we love hearing how your products are working for you and how they’re supporting your body and wellness routine. Your feedback also helps other customers make informed choices on their own health and wellness journey.
If you’d prefer not to receive these emails, you can unsubscribe using the link at the bottom of the review email itself. These emails sit separately from your general marketing preferences, so unsubscribing from marketing emails within your account won’t stop review requests from being sent.
Once you unsubscribe through the review email, you won’t receive any further review requests.
H&B&Me loyalty members
If you’re part of H&B&Me, you may still receive emails about your points and rewards.
These are service emails, not marketing, so they can’t be switched off while your account is active.
Want to stop all emails?
If you’d prefer not to receive any emails at all, including H&B&Me updates, we would need to close your H&B&Me account.
This means you would no longer collect points or receive rewards.
If you’d like us to do this, please contact our Customer Service team here and we’ll take care of it for you.
