H&B&Me loyalty programme
Our loyalty programme is now called H&B&Me. If you’ve been with us for a while, you might still have a physical card that says Rewards for Life.
Don’t worry, it still works exactly as it should, so your routine stays uninterrupted and your points keep building as you shop.
Do I still get a physical card?
Since 2 April 2023, we’ve stopped producing physical loyalty cards.
Joined before this date? You might still have a physical Rewards for Life card, and you can keep using it as normal.
Joined after this date? You won’t have received a physical card.
Your loyalty experience now lives digitally, making it easier to keep everything in one place and support your day-to-day wellness routine.
How do I access my digital H&B&Me card?
Once you’ve signed up, there’s no need to carry anything extra.
- Open the H&B app and tap the ‘Rewards’ tab
- Your digital loyalty card and QR code will be ready for our store associates to scan
- When shopping online, your loyalty account links automatically
It’s all designed to fit seamlessly into your routine, so supporting your body feels simple and easy.

What if I want a physical card?
Physical cards are no longer available, but you can still collect and use your points in a way that works for you:
- Use your digital card / QR code in the H&B app
- Shop online while signed into your account
- Ask a store associate to look up your account in-store if you’d rather not use the app
I’ve lost my physical card, can I get a replacement?
We’re no longer issuing replacement physical cards.
Your digital card is always available in the H&B app:
- Head to the ‘Rewards’ tab
- If you already have an online account, just sign in to link it
- If not, create one using the same email you signed up with, and it will link automatically
This way, your points and progress are always with you, supporting your routine without anything getting in the way.
Can Customer Services request a new physical card for me?
No, we’re unable to issue or request physical cards.
Our team is always here to help with anything else though, whether that’s questions about H&B&Me or getting you back into your account quickly.
I was given a leaflet with my card number. Do I need to keep it?
You’re welcome to keep it, but you don’t need it.
Everything you need, from your digital card to your points balance, is available in the H&B app, ready whenever your body needs that next top-up or treat.
Why have we stopped issuing physical cards?
With millions of H&B&Me members, producing physical cards creates a significant amount of plastic waste.
While we previously moved to eco-PVC, we want to go further in reducing our environmental impact and make things easier for you at the same time.
That’s why we’ve moved to:
A digital card / QR code in the H&B app
In-store account look-up
Online account access
It’s a simpler way to stay connected to your loyalty rewards, and one less thing to carry, so you can focus on supporting your body, not your wallet or your bag.
