Our loyalty programme is now called H&B&Me. If you’ve been a member for a while, you may still have a physical card that says Rewards for Life, don’t worry, this is still valid.
Do I still get a physical card?
Since 2 April 2023, we stopped producing physical loyalty cards.
Joined before this date? You may still have a physical Rewards for Life-branded card, and you can continue using it as normal.
Joined after this date? You will not have received a physical card.
How do I access my digital H&B&Me card?
Once you sign up, there’s no need for a physical card.
- Open the H&B app and tap the ‘Rewards’ tab. Your digital loyalty card and QR code will be ready for our store associates to scan.
- When shopping on the app or website, your loyalty account links automatically.
- Download our H&B app here.
What if I want a physical card?
Physical cards are no longer available. You can still collect and use your points by:
- Using the digital card / QR code in the H&B app.
- Shopping online while signed into your account.
- Asking our store associates to look up your loyalty account in-store (if you don’t want to use the app)
I’ve lost my physical card — can I get a replacement?
We are no longer issuing replacements for physical cards.
- Your digital card is available in the H&B app under the ‘Rewards’ tab.
- If you already have an online account, simply sign into the app to link it.

If you don’t have an online account, create one using the same email you used to join H&B&Me and it will link automatically.
Can Customer Services request a new physical card for me?
No, customer services cannot issue or request physical cards.
They can help with general queries about the H&B&Me scheme or any problems accessing your account.
I was given a leaflet with my card number. Do I need to keep it?
You can keep it if you wish, but it’s not required.
All your account details, including your digital card and points balance can be found in the H&B app.
Why have we stopped issuing physical cards?
With millions of H&B&Me loyalty members, producing physical cards creates a large amount of plastic waste.
Although we moved to eco-PVC, we’re committed to reducing environmental impact further and offering easier, more convenient ways to access your loyalty account, including:
- The digital card / QR code in the H&B app
- In-store H&B&Me account look-up
- Online account access...Plus, it’s one less thing to carry around!
