Changing your email address
Keeping your email up to date helps everything run smoothly, from order updates to keeping your routine on track.
How to change your email
You can update your email address in the Personal Details section of your account on the website.
- Log in to your account on the H&B website
- Go to ‘My Account’
- Select ‘Personal Details’
- Under Contact Details, click ‘Change your email securely’
To keep your account safe, you’ll be asked to log in again to confirm it’s you.
Then:
- Enter your new email address
- Check your inbox for the verification email
- Click the link to confirm the change
Once verified, your new email will be updated on your account.
Important to know
- You must verify your new email for the change to go through
- The verification link is valid for 1 hour
- If it expires, you’ll just need to start the process again

What happens if I don’t verify my email?
Your current email will stay on your account. You can restart the process whenever you’re ready.
Made a mistake when entering your new email?
You can cancel the request and try again:
- Go to Personal Details in My Account
- Select ‘Cancel email change’
- Start a new request with the correct email
Didn’t receive the verification email?
First, check your junk or spam folder.
If it’s not there:
- Double-check the email address you entered
- Select ‘Resend email’ to request another link
Will I lose my rewards if I change my email?
No, your H&B&Me points stay exactly the same.
They’re linked to your account, not your email address, so everything will carry on as normal.
Can I cancel my email change request?
Yes, you can cancel it at any time in Personal Details.
If you don’t take any action, the request will expire and your current email will remain.
What if I didn’t request this change?
If you receive a notification about an email change you didn’t make:
- Cancel the request in My Account
- Change your password as soon as possible
