Considering Closing Your Online Account?
Don’t forget that ‘My H&B’ offers you:

If you do decide to close your online account, here’s how:
- Visit our website and log into your online account
- Navigate to 'My H&B', then select 'Security & Settings'
- Click the red 'Close account' button
- Choose the reason for closing your account and then click 'continue'
- Finally, select 'Yes, close my account'
Notes:
- Your information will be stored securely by H&B for a period of 3 years. After this period, your data will be completely erased. If you need any historical information or change your mind, you can access this by contacting our Customer Service Team.
- If you are a Rewards for Life member and have points on your account, you will still receive any owed vouchers via email or post, even after the account is closed. If you wish to close your Rewards account, please contact our Customer Service Team.
- To request a full erasure of all your information, including personal data and past order details from our systems, use our GDPR request form linked in this article: How to request access or delete personal details (GDPR).
- Before closing your account, ensure there are no pending orders, subscriptions, or returns in progress.
