- Earn and spend points towards your purchases
If you’ve made up your mind, you can close your account at any time.
How to close your account
- Log in to your account on our website
- Go to ‘My H&B’
- Select ‘Security & Settings’
- Click the red ‘Close account’ button
- Choose your reason and select ‘Continue’
- Confirm by selecting ‘Yes, close my account’
Important things to know
Your data
Your information will be stored securely for 3 years, after which it will be fully erased.
If you need access to past orders or change your mind, you can contact our Customer Service team during this time.
If you’d prefer your data to be removed sooner, you’ll need to submit a GDPR erasure request here: GDPR Privacy Webform.
H&B&Me (loyalty account)
Closing your online account doesn’t automatically close your H&B&Me account.
- You may still receive updates about unused points
- If you’d like to close this too, please contact our Customer Service team
Before you close your account
To avoid any disruption, make sure:
- You don’t have any pending orders
- There are no active subscriptions
- Any returns have been completed
