Bringing animals into store
We know many people rely on or feel comfort from having animals with them, so we want to be clear on what’s possible when visiting our stores.
To help keep every body safe and comfortable, we’re unable to allow non-working animals into our stores.
Why this policy is in place
Our stores can be busy and sometimes limited in space, so animals may:
- Create a trip hazard
- Pose hygiene risks
- Trigger allergies for other customers or colleagues
This policy helps make sure the environment works for everyone.
Assistance dogs
All assistance dogs are always welcome.
This includes:
- Guide dogs
- Hearing assistance dogs
- Emotional support dogs
- Assistance dogs in training
These are essential for supporting the handler’s day-to-day wellbeing, and we fully recognise their role.
We understand this may be disappointing if you were planning to visit with your animal, and we appreciate your understanding in helping us keep our stores safe and accessible for every body.
