If something doesn’t look right, it’s always worth checking, and we’ll help you get to the bottom of it.
First, check for active subscriptions
Sometimes this can happen if you’ve accidentally set up a Subscribe & Save order.
You can check this by:
- Logging into your online account
- Heading to ‘My H&B’
- Selecting ‘Subscribe & Save’
If you spot anything you didn’t mean to set up, you can cancel it straight away on that same page.
