Trouble signing in online after signing up in store?
Don’t worry, this is a common one and easy to sort.
If you signed up to H&B&Me in store, your account starts there, but your online access isn’t set up just yet.
When you join in store, we send a verification email to the address you used at the till. This email helps you finish setting things up by creating a password, so you can access everything online and keep your points and routine in one place.
Can’t find the email?
No problem.
You can create your online account here instead. Just make sure the email address and full name match what you used in store, and we’ll link everything up automatically behind the scenes.

Seeing “email already registered”?
If you see the message “The email you used is already registered”, it usually means your online account is already set up.
In that case, just try signing in, or reset your password if you can’t remember it.
Once you’re signed in, you’ll find your H&B&Me card in the Rewards section of your account, ready to use whenever your body needs that extra support.
