Trouble signing in online after signing up in store?
Don’t worry, this is how it works:
If you signed up to H&B&Me in store, you won’t automatically have an online account yet.
When you sign up in store, we send a verification email to the email address you used at the till. This email lets you set up your online account and create a password.
Can’t find the email? No problem. You can create your online account here instead.
Just make sure the email address and full name you enter match the details you used in store, and we’ll link everything up for you automatically. If you're having issues creating an account or verifying your account, please get in touch here.
If, when trying to create an account, you see the message “The email you used is already registered”, it means you already have an online account set up. Simply try logging in, or reset your password if you can’t remember it.
Once you’ve signed in, you’ll see your H&B&Me card in the ‘Rewards’ section of your account.
