We know how important your H&B&Me points are, they’re a little boost back for your body and your routine each time you shop.
If you’ve recently placed an online order and can’t see your points just yet, don’t worry. They’ll appear once your order has been despatched.
Bonus points may take a little longer, up to 48 hours after despatch, to show in your balance.
You can check how many points you’ve earned on your order confirmation or in the Orders section of the app.
Points still not showing?
If your points haven’t appeared from an online order or an in-store purchase, just fill out this form: Submit a request – Help Centre
One of our advisors will take care of it and make sure everything is added correctly, so your balance reflects what your body has earned.
What you’ll need
To help us sort this as quickly as possible, please have your proof of purchase ready. This can be your order number or your in-store receipt.
When completing the form, make sure to:
- Attach a copy of your receipt (for in-store purchases)
- Include any helpful screenshots, like a bonus points offer (if applicable)
- Add as much detail as you can in the description
This gives our team everything they need to resolve things quickly, without needing to come back and ask for more.
For future orders
To make sure your points track smoothly next time, just check you’re logged into your account before placing your order.
When you’re logged in, your points will build automatically in the background as you shop.
