We understand how important your H&B&Me points are to you! If you’ve recently made an online purchase and don’t see your points yet, rest assured, they’ll appear once your order is despatched.
- Bonus points can take up to 48 hours to appear in your points balance after your order has been despatched.
- You can check how many points you've earned on your order confirmation or in the orders section of the app.
Points still not showing from an online order or in-store purchase? Just fill out this form: Submit a request – Help Centre and one of our advisors will take care of it to ensure those points are added for you!
Please have your proof of purchase handy, which can be your order number or in store receipt.
When completing the form, please make sure to:
- Attach a copy of your receipt, if the missing points are from an in-store purchase
- Attach any useful screenshots you have, for example the bonus points offer you were expecting (if applicable)
- Include as much information as possible in the description section
This way, our advisors have all the information they need to resolve this as quickly as possible.
For your future orders, ensure you’re logged in to your account before placing your order. Logging in means you'll automatically collect points when placing an order.
Just a little reminder that you won't be able to add points to your account yourself, and our store colleagues won't be able to do that for you either.
