Checking if you have an H&B account
We want getting into your account to feel straightforward, so you can get back to supporting your body without any hassle.
If you’re not sure whether you already have an account, here are a couple of quick ways to check.
Try logging in or resetting your password
The easiest place to start:
- Try logging in on our website
- Or select ‘Forgotten Password’
If you don’t receive an email:
- Check your junk or spam folder
- If it’s still not there, it may mean you don’t have an account set up yet, so you can go ahead and create one
About H&B&Me and online accounts
It’s worth knowing that H&B&Me (our loyalty programme) and your online account aren’t always connected.
- If you signed up in store, this doesn’t automatically create an online account
- Older loyalty cards also won’t be linked unless you’ve signed up online
So even if you’ve been shopping with us for a while, you might still need to create an online account to manage things digitally.
