We work with trusted couriers to get your order to you safely and reliably.
In the UK, we use:
- Royal Mail
- Relay
- Evri
For Ireland, we use:
- An Post
Each courier plays a part in making sure your order reaches you in a way that fits around your day.
Can I choose my courier?
At the moment, we’re not able to offer a choice of courier.
Your courier is automatically selected based on what works best for your order, including:
- Your location
- Parcel size and weight
- Where your order is being dispatched from
- Service availability at the time
This helps keep things moving smoothly so your order gets to you as quickly as possible.
Orders from Trusted Sellers
If your item is from one of our Trusted Sellers, delivery may work a little differently.
Delivery options, costs and timings can vary, you’ll see all the details clearly before adding to your basket.
Sellers may also use different couriers to us.
If your order includes a mix of H&B and Trusted Seller items:
- You may receive multiple parcels
- Parcels may arrive from different couriers
You’ll still get tracking updates along the way, so you can keep an eye on everything as it makes its way to you.
