How much can I order, and what happens if I go over the limit?
We know it’s important to keep your routine consistent, so here’s how to plan your order.
Depending on the product, you can order up to 2kg, 10kg or 20kg in a single order. There’s no limit on how often you order, so you can top up whenever your body needs it.
If your order goes over the allowed weight, we won’t be able to send those items. This may mean part of your order is cancelled, or we’ll flag this on the basket page so you can easily adjust the quantity before you check out.
If this does happen, you can simply place a new order within the weight limits, so your routine stays on track.
Can I split my order or place multiple orders?
Yes, you can place as many separate orders as you need.
Customs treat each order individually, so the rules apply per order, not across multiple. Splitting your items into smaller orders won’t cause any issues.
While we can’t split an order for you once it’s been placed, you can easily place another order yourself for anything that didn’t go through.
Why are my orders shipped from the UK, and what does that mean for me?
Your orders are now shipped from our UK distribution centre. This helps us deliver more reliably and keep things running smoothly, so your wellness essentials reach you as expected.
Because of this, we need to follow customs regulations for Ireland. This affects:

- Which products are available

Due to customs regulations, some products can no longer be shipped to Ireland.
