Using your store credit voucher
Your store credit voucher is a simple way to pick up something your body needs, when the time feels right.
You can use it in any of our stores, and it’s valid for 6 months from the date of issue. You’ll find the exact expiry date printed on the voucher.
How to use it
Your store credit voucher looks similar to a receipt.
When you’re ready to use it:
- Bring it with you into store
- Present it at the till when you make your purchase
If you don’t use the full amount
If your purchase comes to less than the value of your voucher, don’t worry, the remaining balance won’t be lost.
You’ll be given a new store credit voucher with the updated amount, so you can use it next time.
Important to know
- Store credit vouchers can’t be used online
- If your voucher is lost or expired, we’re unable to reissue it
So it’s worth keeping it somewhere safe until you’re ready to use it.
Using your voucher gives you a bit of flexibility to choose what works best for your body and your routine, when you need it.
