Using PayPal? Check your delivery address
If you’re paying with PayPal, it’s really important to check your delivery address before placing your order.
A quick check here can save your order going to the wrong place and help keep your routine running smoothly.
Using PayPal Express
When you choose PayPal Express, the delivery address isn’t always pulled from your saved addresses.
PayPal stores all the addresses you’ve used before, including Click & Collect locations. Because of this, it may default to a previously used address instead of your current one.
Before confirming your order, take a moment to double check the address shown in PayPal. It’s a small step that helps make sure your order lands exactly where it needs to.
Please note that if your order contains an item from one of our Trusted Sellers (third party seller) or Marketplace, PayPal won't be available as a payment option, as these items are fulfilled and processed separately through our trusted partners.
How do I know if a product is from a Trusted Seller or Marketplace?
You can check this on the product page:
- “Sold by [Seller Name]”
- “Sold and delivered by [Seller Name]”
Everything is clearly labelled, so you always know who you’re buying from and who’s delivering your order.
