Our Trusted Sellers are carefully selected third-party brands and suppliers we partner with to bring you a wider range of products.
It means more choice for your body and your routine, from wellness and beauty to electricals, all in one place.
How do I know if a product is from a Trusted Seller?
You can check this on the product page:
- “Sold by [Seller Name]” → we handle the delivery
- “Sold and delivered by [Seller Name]” → the seller sends it directly
Everything is clearly labelled, so you always know who you’re buying from and who’s delivering your order.
Why do we work with Trusted Sellers?
We know one size doesn’t fit every body.
Working with Trusted Sellers helps us offer more variety, so you can find products that better support your needs, without compromising on quality or care.
Can I use discount codes?
Some discount codes won’t apply to Trusted Seller products, especially if they’re delivered directly by the seller.
If that’s the case, you’ll see a message on the product page.
If your basket includes both H&B and Trusted Seller items, you can still use a discount code, it will apply to eligible H&B products only.
Delivery options
If we deliver the item:
Delivery works just like a standard H&B order: Home Delivery Options
- Free delivery over £30
- Click & Collect (if available and ordered before 1pm)
- Standard and express delivery options
If the seller delivers the item:
Delivery options, costs and timings may vary. You’ll see everything clearly before checkout.
A couple of things to keep in mind:
- You may receive multiple parcels if items come from different places
- Different couriers may be used
- Delivery charges may still apply for seller-delivered items, even if other items qualify for free delivery
Is Click & Collect available?
Click & Collect is only available for Trusted Seller items delivered by H&B.
If your order includes a mix:
- H&B items can go to Click & Collect
- Trusted Seller items will be delivered to your address
We’ll make this clear at checkout so nothing catches you off guard.
Returns
- If your item was delivered by H&B, you can return it through our returns hub
- If it was delivered by the seller, you’ll need to return it directly to them

H&B&Me points
You can earn and spend points on Trusted Seller products, just like any other order.
A simple way to keep your routine (and your rewards) moving.
Can I buy everything together?
Yes, you can add H&B and Trusted Seller items to the same order.
Just keep in mind:
- Items may arrive separately
- Additional delivery charges may apply for seller-delivered items

Trusted Seller products aren’t currently available on Subscribe & Save.
