Trusted Sellers are carefully selected third-party brands and suppliers that partner with Holland & Barrett to offer a wider range of health, beauty, wellness, and electrical products
How can I tell if a product is from a trusted seller – and who delivers it?
Some items on our website are sold and delivered by our trusted sellers, while others are shipped directly by Holland & Barrett.
The easiest way to check is on the product page:
- If it says “Sold by [Seller Name]” – we’ll take care of the delivery.
- If it says “Sold and delivered by [Seller Name]” – the trusted seller handles delivery directly.
Trusted seller products are clearly labelled, so you’ll always know who you’re buying from and who’s delivering your order.
Why is Holland & Barrett working with trusted sellers?
We know our customers are looking for more variety, and working with trusted sellers allows us to expand our range with the products customers have been waiting for. By working with selected brands and suppliers, we can offer a greater selection of health, beauty, wellness, and electrical products without compromising on quality or service.
Can I use discount codes on trusted seller products?
Some promotions and discount codes don’t apply to trusted seller items, especially those sold and delivered by the seller. If that’s the case, you'll be able to see this clearly on the product page with the message 'Discount codes cannot be used with this product'
If your basket includes both Holland & Barrett items and trusted seller items, you can still use a discount code, as long as the H&B items meet the offer’s terms (like a minimum spend). The discount will just apply to the eligible H&B products.
What are the delivery options for trusted seller products?
If you’ve bought from a trusted seller but the items are being delivered by us, delivery options will match H&B delivery options:
• Free delivery on orders over £30
• Same day Click & Collect if the store you've selected has the stock, and it's been placed before 1pm
• Standard and express shipping options
If your order is being delivered by the seller, delivery options, charges and timelines may vary. All options will be clearly visible before you put the items in your basket.
Sellers also choose their own delivery providers, which might be different to the couriers used by H&B. Therefore if your basket includes items shipped by H&B AND our Trusted sellers, you’re likely to receive multiple parcels, coming from different couriers. You’ll get regular updates and tracking links from the courier so you’ll always know where your order is.
If your item’s being shipped by a seller, delivery charges will still apply, even if you’re also buying something from Holland & Barrett that qualifies for free delivery.
Is Click & Collect available for trusted seller items?
Click & Collect is only available where items sold by our Trusted seller items are delivered by Holland & Barrett.
If your order includes items sold by H&B and Trusted sellers, you can still choose Click & Collect for the items sold by H&B. Items sold by Trusted sellers will be delivered separately to your chosen address.
We’ll make this clear at checkout so you know what to expect.
How do I return a trusted seller product?
If the item you're wanted to return was delivered by H&B, you can return them through our returns hub here.
If the item you're wanting to return was delivered directly by the seller, you'll need to return this directly to the seller, not through our returns hub. Head over to our returns page here for full guidance on how to contact the seller to get a returns label.
Please note: Returns for items from our trusted sellers can’t be made in store.
Can I earn and spend H&B&Me points on trusted seller purchases?
Yes! You will earn and spend points on all trusted seller purchases, in the same way as for products sold by Holland & Barrett.
Can I buy items from Trusted sellers and Holland & Barrett in the same order?
Yes, all items can be purchased together in one order, but they may be delivered separately. Additional delivery charges may also apply for items being delivered directly by Trusted sellers.
Can I Subscribe & Save to products sold by a trusted seller?
Products that don’t have the option to select Subscribe & Save on the website and app aren’t eligible for our subscription service. This includes any items sold by our trusted sellers.
I've received a damaged, missing or incorrect item from a trusted seller — what should I do?
We’re really sorry if something’s gone wrong with your order.
If you’ve received the wrong item, something’s missing, or your item has arrived damaged, just fill in the form below with your order details and a quick description of the issue. Our team will look into it and get things sorted as soon as possible!
A quick note: for items sold and delivered by our trusted sellers, we’re only able to offer a refund. We’re unable to arrange a replacement.
