How to leave a review
As long as you’ve made your purchase while signed in to your online account, you can leave a review on our website or app.
Here’s how:
- Find the product online or in the app
- Scroll down to the customer reviews section
- Select the option to leave a review
We’ll also send a review invite to the email linked to your order, so you can share your thoughts when it suits you.
Bought in store?
If you made your purchase in store, we’ll still invite you to leave a review.
As long as your H&B&Me account was used during the transaction, we’ll send a review invite to the email linked to your account.
Not receiving review emails?
If you’ve previously unsubscribed from review request emails, you won’t receive these invites anymore.
