Need information about your interview?
Just log in to your H&B Careers Account and check your inbox for your confirmation email, this will include everything you need, including the time and your Microsoft Teams link.
Want to cancel or reschedule your interview?
No problem. You can withdraw your application by logging in to your H&B Careers Account and selecting the role you applied for.
Can’t upload your CV?
Make sure your file is either a Microsoft Word document or a PDF. Double-check the file size isn’t too large and try removing any graphics if needed.
Trouble entering your address?
If the postcode lookup doesn’t work during your application, just enter your address manually instead.
Can’t find your Microsoft Teams interview link?
Your link will be in your interview confirmation email. You’ll find this by logging in to your H&B Careers Account and checking your inbox.
