You can find everything you need in your confirmation email, including your interview time and Microsoft Teams link.
Just log in to your H&B Careers Account and check your inbox.
Want to cancel or reschedule your interview?
No problem, things change.
You can withdraw your application by logging in to your H&B Careers Account and selecting the role you applied for.
Can’t upload your CV?
Try the following:
- Make sure your file is a Microsoft Word document or PDF
- Check the file size isn’t too large
- Remove any heavy graphics if needed
This usually gets things flowing again.
Trouble entering your address?
If the postcode lookup isn’t working, you can enter your address manually instead.
Can’t find your Microsoft Teams interview link?
Your link will be in your interview confirmation email.
You can access this by logging in to your H&B Careers Account and checking your inbox.
Using Sapia and need support?
